Chef Ramsey launched his culinary journey at Virginia Beach’s acclaimed Hot Tuna Bar & Grill.
Over his 30-plus years in the industry, Chef Ramsey has led kitchen operations and developed menus for restaurants and country clubs across Hampton Roads, leaving a distinctive creative mark at venues such as Havana, Offshore Bar & Grill, TPC of VA Beach, Cypress Point Country Club, and serving as Food & Beverage Director at the Williamsburg Club.
His experience stretches beyond Virginia Beach, reaching Costa Rica, where he managed a local restaurant, and Rincon, Puerto Rico, where he worked as a hotel and restaurant manager at Casa Islena.
In recent years, Chef Ramsey has built a thriving Private Chef & Catering Company, serving clients from New York to Florida along the eastern seaboard, and has provided consulting services to many Hampton Roads restaurants.
His culinary expertise spans a wide range of cuisines, but he particularly enjoys creating dishes with fresh and vibrant flavors inspired by cultures from around the world.
